Your local English-speaking guide will warmly welcome you right at the port gate. After a brief orientation, a comfortable air-conditioned transfer takes you to Tuan Chau Marina (approx. 30 minutes).
⏱ 09:00 – Embark on the Halong Bay Cruise
Board a traditional wooden boat or modern day cruise with shaded seating and restrooms. Cruise through the UNESCO-listed bay, admiring the limestone karsts, emerald waters, and peaceful scenery.
⏱ 10:00 – Explore Surprise Cave (Hang Sung Sot)

Yes, absolutely. The tour is designed with a relaxed pace, includes seated cruising, gentle walking, and optional activities. There are no strenuous hikes required unless guests wish to do them.
The tour lasts approximately 7.5 hours and begins and ends at Halong International Cruise Port. We always ensure guests return to the ship well before departure time.
Minimal walking is required. The Surprise Cave includes paved walkways and stairs with handrails. Guests may choose to skip optional parts such as Titov Island or bamboo rowing.
Global Shore Excursions uses a comfortable, covered wooden or modern day cruise boat with seating, restrooms, and an onboard lunch area. The boat is safe and suitable for all ages.
A freshly prepared Vietnamese lunch is included, featuring seafood, vegetables, and local dishes. Vegetarian or dietary accommodations are available with advance notice.
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and light clothing. Don’t forget your camera! Water and refreshments are provided.
Unfortunately, most areas in Halong Bay (especially caves and islands) are not fully wheelchair accessible due to natural terrain. However, we do our best to support travelers with limited mobility by customizing the experience.
